This is a very good high quality metal whistle to train your dogs to come with. It works great for long distances. The whistle is the perfect solution for people who do not have loud or strong voices, or those that allow their dogs to run in areas with a lot of noise. This whistle will hurt human ears if it's used inside your home. These whistles are not silent whistles. Due to health concerns, whistles can not be returned.

Start the training by calling them and giving them treats every time they come and then work your way through the training so you use the whistle under distraction (i.e. chasing a rabbit, or squirrel) where you can follow the whistle with a correction from a shock collar. I like the Dogtra 1900NCP - that's the collar I use on my personal dogs.

It's perfect to clip on a back pack or jacket. This whistle includes a carabineer clip. It also includes a survival information sheet rolled up inside the whistle.
