Pet Gate is a tension-mount gate designed to keep your pet safe in their special area. The gate is low enough for you to step-over and light enough to move from room to room. A built in lockable door can be used for smaller pets.

First of all the gate looks nice and the quality of the gate is good ... the bad - the gate notes it is adjustable, but that gives the impression that you can "easily adjust the gate" like most gates ... but to adjust the gate to varying widths you need to remove the allen bolts and resize the gate.

The knobs to tighten the gate .. I think its a nice concept on how they are configured in that you turn the outer plastic knob which is supposed to force the inner screw with rubber end out ... for the most part works, but if you have the gate "adjusted" to the smallest width, turning the plastic outer part does not always cause the inner screw with rubber end to move outward to press against the surface.

For $90 I would have expected a more well thought out design and functionality. I would not purchase again, and if it weren't more trouble than its worth I would return this. I should have stuck with the simple "baby gate" that most people use.
