This web page was produced as a warning about Gary Fujioka, one of the biggest con artists/scam in the dog world.  He owns a web forum on German Shepherds  http://www.germanshepherdworld.org  and http://www.gsconsumerreports.org/

Gary Fujioka Sr. has a great many aliases with an extensive criminal history. Gary Fujioka lives in Kirkland, Washington.

In 2009 Gary Fujioka used a computer program (called a “BOT”) to glean publicly displayed email addresses off our Leerburg web forum. Fujioka then attempted to sell this email list to our competitors by portraying the list as Leerburg’s Customer Mailing List (which it most certianly was not because he added thousands of bogus emails to those the BOT collected). Simply put Gary Fujioka is a liar.

When we got word of this we stopped it cold. In addition we eliminated the option of allowing forum members to display their email addresses.

We have talked to more than one of the people Fujioka tried to sell the list to. We have the list and we have extensive documentation to verify the allegations made here.

To get a sense of what Mr Gary Fujioka really is I would point people to the two government web sites for the state of Washington that list criminal histories and civil law suit histories. http://dw.courts.wa.gov/?fa=home.namesearchTerms Just search on "Gary Fujioka."

Mr Fujioka has an extensive criminal history. He been in jail numerous times. He served a year in jail for theft, possession of stolen property (3), criminal trespass and obstruction of justice. He has also been sued 115 times (3 times in 2009). This is public information on Washington state web sites.

Gary Fujioka claims to be a web designer. He owns a number of web sites:

Before anyone hires this individual to do any web work I would strongly recommend they do a criminal background check on the guy.

Another of Mr Fujioka’s method of operation is to create web sites about specific people he doesn't like. These web sites are then filled with false negative information on that person. He has done this on myself. Fujioka then attempts to extort money from the victim in order to get the web site taken down. Fujioka has not been stupid enough to try this capper on me.

Needless to say we have ongoing meetings with our attorney concerning this issue. It was our attorney who recommended making this post.

Glad to see someone besides me knows what a scammer he is. He took me to the tune of about $300.00. Be aware of the fact that he is very resourceful when it comes to revenge.  He has been involved with the Spokane Auto Auction,  some stables in Olympia, WA, an x-bud girl named Kim that he was married to. He has relatives in Burien, Washington that are ashamed of him and have nothing to do with him. I knew him when he lived in Olympia. He now is on twitter disguised  as a black man ( https://twitter.com/?category=people#!/GarySr ). 

Keep letting people know about him. He's always looking for a new mark.
