Bravo is a son of V Sch 3 KKL1a Natan Busecker Scholl OFA excellent. I froze semen from Natan in 1993 and Bravo's litter was the first time I used the frozen semen. Natan was the best German Shepherd I ever owned.
Bravo has been raised in our home with 3 other dogs. While he has been raised as a pet, he has been my personal dog (Cindy has her two Mals and we have our Corgi).
I really like this dog. He has a happy easy going care free personality. He is only being offered because I feel guilty that I don't have the time he deserves spent with him. I hurt me knee back in April and had knee surgery on July 23rd (the recovery is going to take some time). Bravo belongs with someone who can give him the time and exercises he deserves.
We are going to be very selective in where we place him.
While he has been one of 4 house dogs in our home we do not allow him to be free and unattended in the house (only our 11 year old Corgi has that privilege). We also never allow him to run loose in the house when the other dogs are out of their crates. He is a still immature and would be a wild indian if allowed to with the other dogs.
Bravo stays in a dog crate in my office at night. He will lay by my feet in my office all day. He stays in the kennel by our house and/or in our dog yard during the day.
He has basic obedience and a nice prey drive. He swims in our pool and walks off leash in the woods by our home (but only while wearing a remote collar).
He is fine with our 11 year old Corgi (because Corgis are long backed dogs we do not allow interaction) and our female Mal. We also do not allow him to be loose with our male Mal.
Bravo is being offered as a companion dog and would be the perfect dog for a single female that has no other dogs
Bravo has not had any protection training. While we are not selling him as a sport dog - he could do club level Schutzhund or ring sport work. He is not a national level competition dog.
He will not go to a home with inside cats. We have 5 cats that live in our kennel and outside at our home. Our cats are not afraid of dogs and do not run when he charges up to them. While he has never tried to hurt a cat he is fixated on them. We would worry that he would bite a cat that tried to flee.
He is fine with our 15 year old son and he shows no signs of aggression or dominance towards children. With this said we will not sell him into a home with small children. Not because he is aggressive to them but because he has not been around small children and we don't feel it necessary to place him in an environment with small children. This is just not the kind of home I want him in. I want him in a one-on-one relationship.
Bravo has been raised on an all natural raw diet, he is a second generation raw fed/ no vaccine dog. He will have a rabies vaccination to go to his new home (required by law) but has been vaccine and chemical free his entire life. We will only allow Bravo to go to a home that agrees with our diet and no vaccine philosophy.
He is not a dominant dog. He has zero handler aggression and will not grow up to be a dominant dog. He allows my staff to groom him without a problem.
He loves swimming in our pool and going for walks in the near by woods. We have him around our horses but only with a remote collar on. The same goes with our outside cats.

The preliminary hip x-rays for Bravo taken at 5 months of age. He is being sold as-is. He is not being sold as a breeding animal. If a potential customer wants to have him re-xrayed we will do this but at the expense of the customer.
