Leerburg » Marcus Cook on His Way to Jail
Aug. 26, 2004
Here is an email from someone who shares my opinion of Marcus Cook:
Well things are getting uncomfortable now for Marcus. He was indicted by the Federal Grand Jury in Minnesota last week on conspiracy charges and violations of the Lacey Act.
He has to either be arrested or turn himself in, he will have to post bond, hire a atty experienced in Federal law and hope that the old saying about karma isnt true.
He is currently avoiding the federal government agents. I had the pleasure of telling them where they can find him so they are going to send out the federal agents to get him.
In addition to this, he still has the state charges pending and yesterday he was suppose to have had an atty present for a deposition, but the attorney did not show up... He also has a 3rd degree felony that will be pending with the state of texas in a very short time, the paper work is being gathered now.
Any questions, let me know.....
