Leerburg's VHS to DVD Exchange Policy

Exchange your old copy of a Leerburg VHS video to a new Leerburg DVD! Follow the steps below to trade in your VHS copy of a Leerburg video for a DVD. Instructions vary depending on where you live: United States or Canada Mexico or Overseas

If you live in the United States or Canada:

1. Check to see if we offer your video on DVD. A lot of our DVDs are burned in DVD-R format which play in 90% of DVD players. If you are unsure if your DVD player can play DVD-Rs, go to www.leerburg.com/dvd2.htm.

  Send the video back to us at your cost with a money order for $20.00 per exchange. Make the money order payable to Leerburg Video. Please include a return address or address to which you want the DVD sent to. You can choose to send the video to us through the US Mail or UPS. US Mail is less expensive when shipping from Canada.

Send the video back to us at your cost with the printed receipt from our shopping cart ($20.00 per exchange). You can choose to send the video to us through the US Mail or UPS. The US Mail is less expensive when shipping from Canada.

3. When we receive your VHS video, we will ship your DVD-R to your address. We will ship the DVD-R to you through the US Mail, we will NOT ship it via UPS.

If you live in Mexico or Overseas:

1. Check to see if we offer your video on DVD. A lot of our DVDs are burned in DVD-R format which play in 90% of DVD players. If you are unsure if your DVD player can play DVD-Rs, go to www.leerburg.com/dvd2.htm.
   
   
   
2. Send the video back to us at your cost with a bank check OR money order for $28.00 US dollars per exchange which covers the cost of the DVD-R and the shipping of it back to you. If you are exchanging more than one VHS copy, email caya@leerburg.com for a shipping rate. Make the money order payable to Leerburg Video. To make the shipment lighter, you can break off the spine of the video (we need proof of prior purchase in the form of the entire video or the spine). Please include a return address or address to which you want the DVD sent to. You can send the video to us through the US Mail.

3. When we receive your VHS video with the money order, we will ship your DVD-R to the address you specified. We will ship the DVD-R to you through the US Mail.

All DVDs that we produce are in NTSC format. We do not produce any DVDs in PAL format at this time or in the foreseeable future. Almost all DVD players sold in PAL countries play both PAL and NTSC disks.

Our DVDs do not have Region Locks, which means that they play on any player in any country. If you are unsure if your DVD player can play DVD-Rs, go to www.leerburg.com/dvd2.htm.
