Just wanted to post this link for those of you that didn't already know. One of the seized dogs from the pro football player, Michael Vick has become a registered therapy dog. This actually happened a few months ago, but I keep forgetting to post it here. Many of the dogs were taken to undisclosed locations to give the dogs a new start on life. Some of these locations are re-training the dogs as police service dogs, narcotic and accelerant dogs, search and rescue, and therapy dogs. Leo is one of the first success stories.

That is so cool! I'm glad to see that they didn't just automatically assume them all to be 'aggressive' and put them down.

Definate Kudos to those working to rehabilitate these dogs! \:\)

22 of the "Vick" dogs ended up at Best Friends. \:\)
