When people sign up for our Leerburg forum they used to be able to select an option to publicly display their email address. This feature has been turned off and no emails will be displayed in the future.
Gary Fujioka Sr goes by a great many aliases. He is a con artist with an extensive criminal history who joined the Leerburg web board about 2 years ago. He has posted 6 times. He lives in Kirkland Washington 98033.
Mr Fujioka used a program to go through the public portion of the web board and gather these email addresses.
He has recently been offering this email list to Leerburg competitors claiming it’s our customer list – which it most defiantly is not. We have the list and have compared it to the web board emails. Fujioka has included a great many email address that have nothing to do with the Leerburg forum.
We have talked to more than one of the people Fujioka has contacted. We have the list and we have extensive documentation to verify the allegations made here.
To get a sense of what Mr Gary Fujioka really is I would point people to the two government web sites for the state of Washington that list criminal histories and civil law suit histories. http://dw.courts.wa.gov/?fa=home.namesearchTerms Just search on "Gary Fujioka"
Mr Fujioka has an extensive criminal history. He been in jail numerous times. He served a year in jail for theft, possession of stolen property (3), criminal trespass and obstruction of justice. He has also been sued 115 times. This is public information on Washington state web sites.
Gary Fujioka claims to be a web designer. He owns a number of web sites:

Before anyone hires this individual to do any web work I would strongly recommend they do a criminal background check on the guy.
If anyone has received unsolicited emails from Leerburg competitors we would like to hear about it. Not everyone is as honest as those who have already contacted us about this guy.
If you have had any dealings with Mr Fujioka we would like to hear from you.
Fujioka lives in Kirkland Washington 98033. His DOB is April 3, 1956
Needless to say we have ongoing meetings with our attorney concerning this issue. It was our attorney who recommended making this post.

I have not heard from this individual, but I wanted to say that I respect you for being forthright and warning people about this criminal and his activities. I never respond to unsolicited advertisements of any kind, but I will be doubly on my guard thanks to your warning.

It would seem that this creep (Gary FUJIOKA) is still trying to con people with his scam web site.

I see that Mr. Fujioka is now advertising an appt for a toolbar over at the Pedigree Database site.
Great......I wonder how many people's computers he'll infect? 
Just further evidence that the Pedigree Database site gives scammers/crooks/ con artists a place to thrive.
