About an hour ago I was out with Beau tossing the ball around, on one toss and it took a reallybad bounce and went up over a small rise we hadn't gotten close to before. Beau chased it over the crest and couldn't stop in time to avoid plowing right into a fence about 20 feet down the other side. The fence is made of hollow aluminum bars.

He got right back up and stumbled away shacking his head for a few steps, he never laid down; he didn't yelp. When I recalled him he came running right over and took the offered treat. I rubbed him down and didn't find any tender spots, no(obvious) bruises, no blood and all of his teeth are still in place. As soon as I retrieved the ball he focused right on it and was ready to keep going.

Now, obviously he seams to be OK. Does anyone if I should be watching for anything for the next few hours/overnight?

On another note if this didn't cause him to shut down, or even reduce his drive much(if any). What kind of correction might be necessary to do that? If I'm misunderstanding the point of high level corrections please let me know.

Thanks in advance.

I would watch out for lethargy, clumsiness, throwing up etc, anything obviously out of the ordinary.

Thanks for the reply. So far he seams his happy, bouncy, energetic and charmingly annoying ;\) self.

Looks like I found a dog as hard-headed as I am.
