It has come to our attention that there is an individual named Natalie Rezall - from Scarbough Ont is selling copies of our DVD's on ebay.
These are not even good copies - they don't work in most DVD players. We have dealt with her through ebay. We are also dealing with it through the Scarbourgh police department.
I use ebay myself - while most vendors are honest people there is the occasional low life piece of garbage that does somethinglike this. I feel bad for the honest people this women has scammed. I have recieved emails from 3 people so far that have been taken.

Hello All,
I did a quick search on ebay for "leerburg" - and came up with
some great deals. BUT - from what I gather from you, Ed, these
people are doing this against your wishes, and so they basically
are stealing.
They are selling "used" DVD/VHS as well. I suppose they feel
that since they are not promising "brand new" Leerburg - that
it's ok.

Ed, do you have a problem with people selling copies of your movies, that weren't re copied? I'm talking about poeple reselling your legit product, not re-making it.

About duplication:a cousin of mine , engineer phd , computer expert, maintains that there is a single form to avoid the duplication ( is like a pen drive) but is expensive, I am a sudamerican lawyer , They are powerful companies that sells doctrine and jurisprudence in laws matters and are affected too , when they sell dvds they are robbed ; lawyers of great prestige, who have the capacity and the power to demand the cease of this and repairs.. cannot avoid piracy... the unic form is to confront a high cost or to make a constant monitoring; collective intelligence is important: people whom respect us warn to us that somebody is doing that, and we avoided duplications invoking the author rights in that place.....Collective inteligence is good to fight any kind of thief , there is a quality difference between bad informers and good neighbors

In my country if you sell original used the price is less and of course the warrantee to the buyer is like when you sell used cars, but if you are "selling copies "you are entitled in not only civil but in criminal laws".......and they are laws principles who applies to all countries
