How do you go about measuring for a fur saver? Are the lengths shown (23", 25", and 27") the length of the collar, or the size you need for that size neck?
What part of the neck do you measure?

A popular way to do this is measure the heads circumference and add two inches. I don't use the fur savers, and go with one inch larger for reg chokes.

My dogs head is about 23" and the neck is about 22.5 right now.
So would the 25" be the one to get?

I like the benefits of the stainless fur saver as my dog goes swimming and plays in the water ALOT, the chrome style collars I had for everyday use start to rust and turn his white chest, nasty brown/orange.

There are better chokes out there. Herm Springer has the stainless on a regular choke, but the 25 would be correct for the fur saver.
