TESTIMONIAL:
Dear Mr Frawley,
During the days of January 26 through January 31, 1997, the U.S.P.C.A. Region I sponsored a police work dog seminar hosted by the Oakland Park Police Department. I was responsible for coordinating the event which involved sixty-five dog handlers from our state, as well as two from out of state. We provided extremely qualified instructors from an international array. I want to take this time to thank you for putting me in touch with retired R.C.M.P. handler and instructor, Garry Murray. Gary came down and instructed a class titled "Urban Tracking." Gary's class was quite a hit during the week long seminar. Gary showed he had both knowledge and presentation skills that both the inexperienced and experienced handler could learn from. Most of all, Gary impressed me with his enthusiasm and heart. It was obvious he's truly concerned with the success of the dog team. If I were to do it all over again, Gary Murray would be at the top of the list of instructors.
Thanks again,
K-9 Officer Steve Sprouse
