Anything dehydrated at higher than 118 degrees begins to kill enzymes and is no longer consider raw. What temperature if Honest Kitchen dehydrated at?

Full Question:
I am a raw feeder for my dogs. I have recently took up raw eating for myself too and have learned if things are dehydrated at higher then 118 degree it begins to kill enzymes and is no longer considered raw. So I am wondering if your raw dehydrated dog food list what temperature it is dehydrated at as I would like to buy some if it is truly raw?

Thank you,
Robin

Cindy Cindy's Answer:
This is from the Honest Kitchen (the food manufacturer)

Our fruits and vegetables are harvested at the peak of their ripeness, cleaned and trimmed, then gently dried below 104 degrees so they are still considered raw after dehydration is complete. Our meat and egg ingredients are dehydrated at a high enough temperature to kill any pathogenic bacteria that may be present, and the required temperature for this is above 120 degrees F. This makes them safe for human consumption-a requirement for entry into the human food facility where our products are made.
