I have a 1 year old bloodhound that we are training to be a police service dog...?

Hello,My partner is a 1 year old Blood Hound used for tracking. My dept. is just getting started with the K-9. I am just trying to find out any info on if you have to mark your K-9 vehicle with police K-9 or any type of warnings? just wondering if you can help.

If you have a 1 year old dog that you are trying to work in police service work you are screwing up.
A 1 year old dog is a baby.
Pigs don’t fly and 1 year old dogs are not police service dogs.
