Chucho is a big red sable male. He has a huge head and big bones. Chucho (pronounced Koocho) placed 15th in the 1993 Bundessieger. He is 1/2 East German and 1/2 West German. His sire Panther, was an excellent East German dog with a perfect 5,5,5 Kore report. Panther's sire (Artus) is known for producing top qulaity work dogs. There are only a handful of DDR dogs that could really produce drive and Artus was one of them. I saw him work when I traveled to East Germany before the wall came down. Artus sired Zorro Laugerwald and Zorro is making his mark in the German bloodlines even as you read this description. Many, many of Zorro son's have been in the Bundessieger.

On Chuchos mothers side, Bona v.d. Wolfszahnau won the West German Bundessieger. The man that handled Bona was the breeder of Chucho's mother Alessa. He bred Alessa to Panter and kept Chucho back and trained him for the 1993 Bundessieger. His bite work is outstanding, his focus is great. He is an extremely hard dog with excellent nerves. What sets this dog aside from others, is the fact that he is a calmn dog with explosive drive. I have not seen that before. You do not want to be seen with a tennis ball in your hand when Chucho is in the room. I will guarantee you that he will take it away from you - one way or the other. This dog is going to be seen in bloodlines of American working dogs for years to come.
