Tina is a bi-color bitch with a tremendous amount of temperament and drive. She is featured in our bite work for puppy tape at 4 1/2 months of age showing a great deal of defensive drive. A friend (Harry Leauge in Chicago) has a male litter mate of Tina's that he has titled to Schutzhund III.

Tina is a very stocky heavy bodies bitch (like her mother -Una ) with excellent bone. Una was one of the best brood bitches I ever owned. The combination of Una and Natan produced some outstanding working dogs that Tina has a head that is bigger than most males. She has nicely balanced drives. She is great with kids, she has excellent nerves and lives as a foster dog.

TESTIMONAL:

Thanks for pix of Tina on your site. We've wondered ever since we got Dana what her mother looked like. Dana looks a great deal like Tina. From your description of Tina, Dana has also inherited most - if not all- of her mother's make-up. She's probably the best natural watch watch dog we've ever had, and we've had some great ones. No one gets by her unchallenged - even those people she knows - but once told it's OK she welcomes them with wagging tail and invitations to pet. She's had this trait since about six months old and I at first thought it was just puppy bluff, but a couple incidents have convinced me - and some friends as well - that it's not bluff but serious stuff to her. She is also one of the strongest dogs - for her size - that we've ever had. An accidental bump with her is likely to make one stagger and she damn near knocked me over once. She never wants to quit and will keep on going even to the point of near exhaustion. When playing tug or working on the sleeve you're going to get a real workout and it doesn't take much imagination to see just how formidable she could be in a protective situation. We'll be overjoyed if she can pass only half of herself to her pups. Overall, I guess the best thing I can say about her is that she may well be one - if not the - best we've ever had and we're super proud and feel extremely fortunate to have her.
