Training the YUCK Command

One of the most important commands that you can teach your dog is to spit out something when it picks it up (the 'yuck' command). Training the yuck command to your dog can help you avoid dangerous situations. This command is useful both indoors and out. The initial training steps for these commands can be done motivationally by offering a higher value food reward as an alternative.
