A Leerburg.com user account allows you to personalize your Leerburg.com shopping experience. You can also use this account to access certain features of our Video On Demand streaming video application. All customers with a Leerburg account will automatically get free streaming video access to any DVDs they purchase upon checkout, and can watch the video as many times as they want while they wait for it to arrive in the mail.
To sign up for an account, you will need to select a unique username and password, which you will use to log in when you place your order. Signing up will make ordering from Leerburg.com quicker and easier for you, and there are many additional benefits to signing up! If you've already created an account while visiting our Video on Demand or registered for our webboard, you already have an account and can log in with that information.

Do I need to register for an account before I can order?
No. You can always place an order at Leerburg.com regardless of whether you have an account. When you are finished shopping and ready to check out, you will be given the option to log in with your Leerburg account or continue the checkout process as a guest. If you are an existing customer, you can choose to check out as a guest at any time without losing any information or order history.
Is my personal information safe?
Can I sign in with my webboard username and password?
Yes. If you've registered for our webboard at any time in the past, you can use that username and password to log in anywhere on Leerburg.com, including the shopping cart and our Video on Demand pages.
Can I sign in with my Leerburg username and password to access the online university?
Yes. For Leerburg Online University you can use the same username and password that you use on Leerburg.com. We require additional information for the university, so the first time you log in to LOU you will be prompted to finish registering. Additionally, if you sign up for LOU first you can login with the same username and password on Leerburg.com automatically.
How do I change my contact email or password?
You can change your contact email address or password here. You can also manage additional webboard settings on the Edit Profile and Edit Preference pages.
Can I use this account to access Leerburg's Video on Demand or webboard?
Yes. A Leerburg account is a global account that can be used anywhere on our website, including the shopping cart, the Video on Demand application, and the Leerburg Webboard. Before you can post on the webboard, you may have to provide more information in addition to your username and password because we need to verify that you are a real person before you can post. We instituted this policy in order to improve the webboard experience and to prevent spam and unwanted posts.
What is the Wish List feature and how do I use it?
The new Wish List feature allows you to save items and purchase them at a later date. Previously you could only save items by adding them from the cart, but now we've added the ability to add items to wish lists from the product pages themselves. You can add these items back into your cart at any time on the Wish List page. You can create as many wish lists as you want, and can give them names to keep track of them. You can even share your wish lists with your friends and family by selecting "Share Wish List" from that page. You must be logged in to use this feature.
How do I get streaming video access when I purchase a DVD?
If you're logged in with your Leerburg account at the time you check out and submit your order, you will automatically receive access to the streaming video version of any DVD(s) you just purchased, including DVD sets. You can find your streaming videos under the "My Video Library" tab of our Video on Demand section.
When you purchase a Leerburg DVD, you can get free streaming video access to the video through Leerburg's Video on Demand as soon as you check out. You can watch the video as many times as you want even before the DVD arrives in the mail.
In order to take advantage of this feature, you will need to create and log in with a Leerburg account. Logged in users will automatically have all videos in their cart (including DVD sets) added to their account upon successful checkout. These videos can be accessed under the "My Video Library" tab of Leerburg's Video on Demand.
If you did not have an account or were not logged in at the time you submitted your order, you can still get streaming access at any time after signing up. Look for a link to click at the top of the "Unofficial Receipt" page onscreen immediately after submitting your order, or check the order confirmation email if you missed it. What if I forgot to log in and didn't get streaming video access?
If you forgot to log in or were not signed up for an account when you placed your order, you can still get access to the streaming videos. Check the bottom of your order confirmation email for instructions on how to get streaming access to your DVDs. If you can't find or didn't receive an email, check your junk mail filter or contact us and select "Streaming Video Issues" for Reason for Contact to let us know you'd like access. Make sure to provide your username or email address associated with your account so we can help you faster.
Can I get streaming access to previously purchased DVDs?
If you purchased any DVDs from us in the past and missed getting streaming access, contact us and let us know. Make sure to provide your username or email address associated with your account so we can help you faster, as well as your first and last name so we can find your previous orders in our customer database.
What if I'm missing streaming videos under my account?
If you bought a DVD or streaming video and can't find it under the "My Video Library" tab, please contact us and let us know. Make sure to provide your username or email address associated with your account so we can help you faster, as well as your first and last name so we can find your previous orders in our customer database. If you know your order number, please provide that as well.
How do I report a problem?
If you experience a problem during the checkout process, are having problems accessing a streaming video, or if you have any additional questions or concerns about your order, you can contact us or contact us about specific orders through the order history page.
If you're experiencing problems using a coupon code, a gift certificate or selecting a shipping method and would like to check out right away, you can make a note in the comments section with your coupon code or desired shipping method and we'll be sure to adjust your order total and issue a refund if necessary.
