Return Policy
30 days from delivery date
Returns are accepted 30 days from delivery date for a refund. After 30 days, a store credit will be issued unless prior authorization is granted.
Return Condition
All returns must be in new, re-sellable condition and are subject to inspection. Items showing signs of use (including dirt, hair, food residue, scratches, or teeth marks) are not eligible for a refund. Store credit may be issued or the item returned to the customer at our discretion.
Original product packaging is required
Example: E-Collars come in their own packaging-if returned that packaging needs to be return as well, in new condition.
Include copy of invoice
Please include a copy of your invoice with your return. We do not require RMAs, and the invoice allows us to quickly and accurately process your refund.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Shipping fees are not refunded unless it is 100% a Leerburg mistake.
Exchange Policy
Please note that if you are returning an item for an exchange, you will be responsible for any price difference between products, as well as the shipping cost to send the new item to you.
In most cases, it is faster and more convenient to place a new order for the desired item and return the original item for a refund.
Return Process
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide return shipping labels. Items may be shipped back using the carrier of your choice; the post office is often the most cost-effective option.
Please keep your tracking information, as we are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

Overseas Returns
International Returns & Customs Declarations
If you are returning an order from outside the United States, you are responsible for accurately completing all required customs forms through your postal service or courier. Please clearly mark the shipment as "Returned goods - customer return" and declare the items as merchandise being returned to the original seller, not a new purchase.
If a return shipment is not properly declared as returned goods and customs authorities assess import duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other import charges as if it were a new order, those amounts will be deducted from your refund. Charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete customs declaration are the responsibility of the sender.
Non-Returnable Items:
These are items we DO NOT accept returns on, no exceptions:
- Clearance and discounted items
- Food, Treats, Supplements, and Scent Work Kits & Refills. For safety reasons these items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- DVDs. Due to the nature of the video/DVD business, we do not refund money for DVDs and we will not substitute one title DVD for a different title DVD.
- Video on Demand Streaming Videos
- Leerburg Online University courses
- Books
