We (Kat in person, me vicariously through email) had the first kennel visit today and it went REALLY well! Fama took to Kat right away and they had a blast together. Kat wants joint custody LOL. Can't wait until she can come home!!!
Here's a couple of pics. I think she looks really good!

Yes Bob, she is intense to say the least. It makes her a load of fun to work though. She does everything 100%.
Thanks Connie and Betty! I think she's a looker, but I'm biased for sure. She is 68 pounds in the pictures. She was up to 80 in Afghanistan when our workload was high. She was a real tank then, but could still really move.
It has been suggested to me that her lack of motion in her rear may be caused by the tail amputation. Any thoughts on this? I haven't worked her, or seen her work, since the surgery, so I really don't have a fair comparison without factoring in the possible spinal issue. Does anyone have any experience with tail amputation and possible musculoskeletal side effects?
What a beautiful girl! Styling in sunglasses she is a Fashionista, note how perfectly she blends with the cammo in her signature photo.
I loved her bunny hop video and envy you, her nice deep bark. I'm puppy sitting a 15 month old Dutchie whose bark can shatter glass, I'm already deaf in my right ear, the left one is sure to follow.
