I am hoping this is not OT! I have added more pages to my new website including the page with pictures of ear/tail positions, facial expressions and body language. I will continue to ad more and may need to create a new page as I plan to put up a LOT of pictures, all include descriptions pointing out details in the pictures.
Currently I have up about 15 or so pictures showing single animals and interactions between 2 or more animals.
Nice addition! I've seen drawings before, but the photos are much better.
Now if we could just get the numbskull dog owners who don't frequent this forum to realize they could actually read their dog's attitude, instead of saying, "I just don't know what set him off..." Probably too much to hope for
Yeah I thought photos would be better as most illustrations are only of the head, or show the exact same thing for 6 or 7 different meanings, which can be true, but there is no reference and no explanation showing what makes the meaning behind the same expression, different, in different circumstances.
Jennifer, what a great website!! I read every line. The photos are fantastic, the drawings are so needed! I was looking at websites yesterday regarding wolves and I couldn't find anything as remotely helpful as yours.
I'm not a "Jennifer" but I want to be your new best friend! Does the J in Judy help me? You Rock!
thanks guys! I will continue to post more pictures showing lots of other situations, primarily interactions between two or more animals to show action-reaction including the start of fights, or how aggressive playing can seem.

Jennifer,
Nice website and good job on it so far. Are you going to be adding the normal and "good" postures (normal, play, nervous, fear, submission ect) as well, so people can see the differences between the behaviors?
Kudos...
