doberman cecarian

Hello my name is Pete, I am just writing to ask you about my 2 year old Doberman.
Would it be safe for for me to breed with her after having 2cecarian litters? The first cecarian there was just one dead pup inside of her, the second cecarian was also difficult she had 6 pups naturally then her contractions stopped and she had to have cecarian to deliver 4 remaining pups. Of the 10 pups in her second litter 4died.
She also has a vaginal prolapse when she is in heat.
She is a beutiful well cared for dog but do you think it would be unwise to mate her again? And if so should she be neutered for the prolapse.
