Im a firm believer in letting your dog experience the world. I want Callie to see, touch, smell, hear, and taste as many places as she can. Keep your dog wild, even if that means putting in a lot of training time to have the obedience that allows adventure.

On this day we made a spontaneous decision to hop in my truck and just drive. We ended up at this trail and one other. As strenuous of a hike that this was, including the unexpected snow storm at the summit, it was an amazing day. One filled with laughter, great obedience, exercise, adventure, and little moments that made memories. There can be so much beauty in the unexpected.

Oakley will try anything once. Oakley got his name by eating an acorn as a 7week old puppy. He could not pass the acorn so he had to have a foreign body surgery to remove it.
