Am I not supposed to get any vaccinations at all or are there some I am supposed to get my dog?

Full Question:
Hi, I have two bulldogs and they have received every vaccination they have ever needed. I bought a malinois a few months ago and have not given him vaccinations, the breeder did but not the last set for the puppies (12 weeks). I like the idea of them not getting them from your vaccinosis article, but I am not quite positive about the process. Am I not supposed to get any vaccinations at all or are there some I am supposed to get him. I also have given my dogs all the natural foods. My male bulldog has real bad allergies so I tried to give them nothing but meat, but could not afford it for very long. So inevitably I had to find a good kibble for them. But really I am just wondering about the vaccines.. what should he get done if anything??? Please help me.

Sincerely,
Francis

I can’t tell you what vaccines to give, this is a personal decision based on your dogs, your beliefs and what works best for you. We don’t vaccinate our dogs at all, not even as puppies but we are also well versed in how to handle an illness should it occur. I like it when people do their research and weigh their options. They need to realize the risks and benefits of either choice.

I would direct you to the search function in the upper left corner of the website for any additional questions you may have.. If you type in your key words it will guide you to articles, Q & A’s and posts on our forum. Vaccines have been discussed A LOT on our forum and we have an entire q&a section devoted to vaccinations.

I hope this helps.
