I’m telling you! Check out that 10” ball! It is tough for any dog to get his mouth around that circumference.
Where the hole is, he can hook a canine in there, and through sheer strength, scratch a line with the other for a grip that is barely there. But he can’t chew on in a way that would destroy it. Surrounding the hole are radiating scratches, nothing more.
Thanks for all the input everyone, he popped a basketball this morning and was quite sad about it, so sad in fact he spent about 20 minutes trying to shake it back to life.
So I think an egge and even maybe one of those balls would be a good thing!
Oh and since it is an egg and easter is coming and all... I should be able to justify my purchase
We're getting our new baby Golden (Dublin) in a couple of weeks and are looking for some healthy treats for rewards and for some great teething toys. We will be training him for SAR, so we're also looking for training toys. There are so many good ones in here that I'm confused on what to order. Can anyone help?? Thanks

Linda, you'll want to start a new thread with your questions to get the most answers possible.
But I would say you can't go wrong with a couple of kongs for teething puppies (or any dog) and for healthy treats I use bits of cooked chicken or beef if I am going to be doing lots of training.

If you go here http://leerburg.com/forums/ubbthreads.php/ubb/cfrm and choose/click the forum you want (maybe Puppy Training) and then click on "new topic" (blue type, upper left), you will have a new thread started. Fill in the name of it (maybe puppy rewards) and then post away!
