I think you should spend another $665 on a Dogtra 1804NC 4 dog collar. Put all four on the dog and zaap the daylights out of him whenever he refuses to move. I don't think it will help with the dog, but it will make YOU feel much, much better!

Lol, if you bought that "dog" at Goodwill, it was worth more than any dog that Kwame Winston has produced out of his "Old Red English Bulldogs Kennel".
