I take my Dobermans for a hike when weather permits it to Lake Tahoe. They really like the ability to run mostly off leash but lately, have to be watchful of other off leash dogs. I take my Halt spray, and also use the E collars during out adventures in hiking the trails. Tires them out end of trip.

Teaching your dog to play well on an open farm with lots of other animals isn't always easy. Kona not only plays well with chickens, horses, peacocks, pigs, but even the farm cats. He rolled in the dirt, jumped over things, ran through crops and had a blast. When calling him he comes running with a big smile on his face.

Koba has a niche for placing on random things. This is him putting himself on place when we were out playing. Sometimes he forgets he did it himself and waits for his release command, when that happens its photoshoot time.

Gracie Jean, 8 year old German Shepherd, is enjoying the 115 degree weather in Phoenix in her own personal swimming pool. Not much time to spend outside in the summers here so we take advantage of the shade and water when we can.
