Leerburg's Lifetime Warranty

There are a number of products we make here at Leerburg that have a limited lifetime warranty.

We guarantee the quality and workmanship of those products.

The warranty does not cover a dog chewing a product up or if a leash has been cut.

If a customer has a problem, the product needs to be returned to Leerburg at the customer's expense. We will determine if we repair or replace the product. In either case, there will be a $6.00 charge to return the repaired or replaced item. For customers outside of the US, this charge may be higher depending on location.

Examples of damages that will not be accepted under warranty

I am adding photos of products that would not be covered under our lifetime warranty, actually not under any warranty. These are pictures of products that dogs have chewed up. I think it only fair to make it clear that we know the damage a dog can do when its not properly supervised and it chews something.

The person who returned this leash wanted a refund. Obviously that didn’t happen. He then tried to order two more leashes, which we refused to sell him.

We treat people the way we would want to be treated. We will be totally fair if a customer has a problem that is obviously a result of a mistake we made.
