I'm writing this based on the description of the product, not experience. You see, it appears that the smallest size will not fit my very small dog (16" around the chest). But it looks like a terrific product. I hope the manufacturer will produce an XS size. I also would like something like this to be made for human use! (In the meantime, I use wet towels.)
