Product Description

Our Leather Bite Rags are handmade with genuine leather suede. This bite rag is gentle on your dog's teeth but tough enough to withstand a mature grip. With proper use, this bite rag will be sure to last a long time.

A bite rag is a specialized training tool used to stimulate a dog's prey drive and develop bite grip in a controlled and supervised manner. Most commonly, bite rags are used with puppies to start their bite work training.

Safety & Supervision

This tug is intended for active, supervised training sessions only. It is not designed to be used as a chew toy and should be put away when training is complete. As with all dog training equipment, use under supervision and inspect regularly for signs of wear or damage.

I have a 9 month Labrador Retriever that loves to tug. He absolutely shreds towels and rags when playing tug. A towel survives less than a week until it's completely shredded. I purchased your leather bite rag several months ago and he absolutely loves tugging with it. It's still as good as new and it's by far his favorite thing to bite and tug. Not cheap but the quality and his love for it makes it worth the price. An excellent product!

I love using this bite rag with my puppies! I can drag it along behind me and really get their drive up. The leather is soft enough that they can really get a good grip without tearing the leather. I used to use towels, but those would not last. This bite rag has lasted through three litters of Malinois puppies and is still going strong.
