The extension strap will add anywhere from 3-8” to the length of the head strap of the muzzle. This extension is compatible with 3/4" wide muzzle straps. It is generally used for dogs with very wide heads, like large Rottweilers, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, etc that the regular strap won’t fit around.
