The extension strap will add anywhere from 3-8” to the length of the head strap of the JAFCO muzzle. It is generally used for dogs with very wide heads, like large Rottweilers, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, etc that the regular strap won’t fit around. This strap works with all muzzles with a 3/4" strap.

This strap is made of strong and durable waterproof biothane.

This is an inexpensive very, very detailed course on how Ed and Cindy (his wife) condition their dogs to muzzles.
