Product Description

After hearing several stories about large breed dogs suffocating and dying from swallowing a ball, we designed the Leather Ball Strap to help handlers quickly grab a ball out of their dog's mouth. The Leather Ball Strap is handmade by the local Amish with genuine leather. Soft to the touch, this strap is much easier on the hands compared to the usual nylon rope.

This strap is made to fit balls from 2 to 4 inches. It is compatible with balls with holes including the Erratic Ball, Treat Dispensing Chew Ball, and the Chuckit! Breathe Right Ball.

Sizing

1/2 inch wide, approximately 31" length
3/8 inch wide, approximately 31" length

Assembly

Loop the end with slits into the ball. Once the ball is on the strap, insert the end of the strap to the second slit of the handle (on the other side of the ball). The end you've just inserted should have a slit as well. Slide the long part of the strap into this slit. Tighten and play! You can optionally tie the end of the strap into a knot for a better grip.

These are absolutely amazing! The leather quality is so good. Buttery smooth and soft but still thick and durable. Easy to string on any ball with a hole through it. Soft enough to tie a knot on the end of the string for grip. Thank you Leerburg!!

Super soft! I put one of these on an orbee ball (the one with the continents on it, same as the picture). The slits in the strap made it super easy to fit onto the ball; out of the box to playing tug in minutes. I have a 95# dog who lives for tug and this is seriously saving my hands! Noticeable difference from the "soft" nylon rope I had on the ball before. The little continents on the ball are coming off more having it on a rope, so my only suggestion if you are reading this would be to use a different ball. Nice product!
