Biscuit is a mascot for Higgins and Friends Pet Sitting Service. He wears the Higgins and Friends Shirt while at the events. This one happened to be the 6th Annual Lab Rescue Dog Walk. It was the most successful Lab Rescue Walk ever. People from various states came to this event including: VA, RI, NJ, NY and MD
