The ingredients in Perfect Form help to support normal, healthy digestive function and regularity. A good quality diet is vital for the over all health of the whole body, including the digestive system. Perfect Form is intended as a supplement to a wholesome, natural diet, not an alternative to it.

No fillers or synthetic ingredients whatsoever. Perfect Form contains absolutely no added salt, sugar, artificial preservatives, by-products, dairy or grain ingredients of any kind.

Papaya leaf, plantain, slippery elm, pectin, pumpkin seed, fennel and papain.

Feeding Guidelines

We recommend dividing the following amounts into two daily servings, and mixing Perfect Form directly with your pet's food.

Weight	Amount Per Day
1 to 10 lb	1/4 tsp twice daily
11 to 30 lb	1/2 tsp twice daily
31 to 50 lb	1 tsp twice daily
51 to 70 lb	1 1/4 tsp twice daily
71 to 90 lb	1 1/2 tsp twice daily

Serving Recommendations

If feeding the Honest Kitchen's dehydrated diets for pets, Perfect Form may be soaked in warm water along with the food if desired. Alternatively, mix Perfect Form with a little warm water to make a gel or paste, and stir the paste thoroughly into food.

Notes

This supplement naturally contains some large pieces of herb leaf, stem and root. This is completely normal, but very large, hard pieces may be discarded if preferred. Perfect Form contains no animal feed grade ingredients.

This product is not allowed to be sold in New Mexico, Texas, Idaho, or South Dakota due to state regulations on certain herbs.

My dog Sadie has always had peanut butter consistency stools. I have tried all kinds of foods and supplements adding this to her food has finally given her a normal little doggie log instead of a pile of mush. She has a chronic problem with anal sacs always being full and I could get them emptied easily every week. Firming up the stool with this product has not totally eliminated that problem but has definitely increased the time between the need to express the anal glands. I highly recommend it.

This is the best stuff ever. My GSD puppy has always had loose stool. He has had all kinds of tests done, changed foods and even tried the hypo allergenic food from vet office! It would work for a short time and then the soft stools would start again. The probiotics from the vet made it worse! This is the only thing that has worked for my 10.5 month old German Shepherd puppy. I highly recommend this product.
