How to Use Funnl Stopper (Included in purchase)

We designed this stopper here at Leerburg to make the Funnl a more versatile and interactive treat toy. Simply plug the indented end of the Funnl with this stopper, stuff it full of your dog's favorite treats and food, then freeze the stuffed Funnl.

ALWAYS remove the Funnl Stopper before serving frozen stuffed Funnl to your dog. Funnl Stopper is NOT a chew toy.

Filling and freezing the Funnl with your dog's food is a great way to entertain and mentally stimulate your dog. Plus, the stopper is super easy to clean with warm water and soap.

We recommend placing a plate or a bowl under the stuffed Funnl to prevent any potential messes in your freezer. Serve to your dog in a location that is easy to clean.

Recipe Ideas

Teeter's Breakfast Batch:

• 1 patty Small Batch Beef
• 4-5 sliders Small Batch Turkey
• 1/4c Honest Kitchen Dehydrated Dog Food (Flavor of choice)
• 1/2c Stella & Chewy's Essential Beef & Ancestral Grains (or kibble of choice)
• Supplements as wanted.
• 1/4c (or as much needed to hydrate food, supplements, and kibble) Warm water

Makes enough for 5 Funnls

Thaw raw food patties in mixing bowl, add dry ingredients, add warm water, then mix thoroughly. Frozen raw can be replaced with freeze-dried, and if you do, you will need more warm water to hydrate the food mixture. Make sure Funnls are clean and dry, insert stoppers into Funnls, then fill them with food mixture. Store in freezer with plate or bowl underneath Funnl for safety. If your mixture is too wet, the stopper may leak as mixture freezes. Once frozen solid, (I usually freeze overnight) you can serve as treat or meal to your dog. Always remove the stopper before serving. Funnl may need to thaw for a few minutes in order to remove the stopper. If your food mixture is very sticky, I have found putting a single layer of dry kibble at the bottom with sticky mixture on top a great solution to the stopper problem. Great for ex-pen or crate time.
