Product Description
The Padded Nylon Adjustable Muzzle is a premium cloth muzzle perfect for visiting the vet or groomers. There are two adjustable straps that can adjust the circumference around the snout and another for the strap that goes around the head. The snout of the muzzle is attached with Velcro while the strap around the head uses a plastic buckle with a locking mechanism. You can be assured that this buckle won’t unclasp on its own.
Designed with premium nylon, you’ll also find this muzzle is easy to care for. Simply wash with warm soapy water and let air dry.
Be aware that we would not recommend this muzzle for a dog with a bite history. Dogs that wear muzzles with this design can still cause damage by biting with the very front of their mouth.
Cloth muzzles should only be used for shorter time periods during less strenuous activities. If you are looking for a muzzle to use for longer periods of time, or reactive dogs with a bite history we recommend wire muzzle instead.

WARNING
There are several Facebook groups run by well-intentioned people who are telling dog owners to get these HUGE, HUGE muzzles. These folks claim these monster-sized muzzles allow a dog more room to pant, but fail to take several important factors into account. Poorly fitting, oversized muzzles come off far too easily--making this downright dangerous advice, especially if you have a reactive or aggressive dog.
The last thing someone in this position wants or needs is for a muzzle to come off their dog when it is needed the most. Our advice is to be very careful about listening to people who lack experience with aggressive dogs.
