Product Description

This collar is designed to get the perfect fit for your dog.

These collars are not meant to be used with remote collars. The biothane strap is too thick for most remote receivers

These collars come 32 inches long. They are designed to be trimmed to fit your dog's neck size. When people have young dogs, they can trim the collar but leave slack, as the dogs grows they simply lengthen the size of the collar by using buckle and slack (that you left after trimming).

In addition to the buckle, the collar also has a quick-release ON/OFF snap closure. Once the collar has been sized and trimmed it is quickly put on and taken off using the quick-release snap.

Many people do not want to leave a collar on their dog 24/7. This is especially true if the dog is kept in a dog kennel (it is a bad idea to leave collars on dogs that are in dog kennels - many dogs accidentally die because they try to get out and the collar gets snagged and they choke). Once the collar has been sized and trimmed it is quickly put on and taken off using the quick-release snap.

Many owners will clip their leash to the collar and hang it next to the door. When it's time to take the dog out, they simply use the quick-release snap to clip the collar on the dog and they are ready to go for a walk. If your dog gets excited when it's time to go outside, having the collar and leash already connected, plus using the quick release makes things much quicker.
