Here is a series of emails from a breeder that was almost scammed .......................
Dear Ed.
I have contacted you in the past regarding my 7 month old lab. I purchased your training video about 1 1/2 years ago. I am happy to report that I have a very well trained dog, thanks to your advice. (distractions and all!)
The purpose of this email is to inform you of a puppy scam in my area. Kloie recently had 10 puppies which I am advertising for sale in the local paper. I, too, received a relay call. I was in an area where I had practically no cellphone signal, so I quickly took email information and sent an email with puppy information. This is the response to my email; it is almost the identical message that you posted on your puppy scam/con artists forum. Just thought you'd like to pass the information on. Please omit my personal information.
Thanks,
Debbie DeFeo

Dear Ed
Thanks for alerting people to this scammer. The address is Tom Alle at
petinc001@yahoo.com - as I should have known something was not right with this address. I haven't heard anything from him. I think he got scared because I asked for more information from him.
Let me tell you, if it weren't for your website, I wouldn't have totally figured out that this was a scam. I searched Google for "shipping requirements dogs London United Kingdom" and up popped your website with the puppy scammers con artists. That's when I knew I was going to a trusted website (yours) and saw the thread. You did a great service to me, as I am sure many others who are new to this type of crap. unbelieveable....
