Product Description
Easy Educator EZ-900 comes ready out of the box to tackle the most difficult behavioral challenges. It utilizes our proprietary blunt stimulation to create a communicative sensation that dogs understand. It is a modern e-collar designed with safety in mind, novel features like maximum stimulation setting and lock and set provide safety from accidental over stimulation of the dog. This medium range trainer is loaded with unique features making it the most humane and effective trainer available. The bar shaped transmitter is especially well-suited for easy operation and is small providing stealth operation when the situation requires discreetness. Don’t be fooled by the small receiver size (2" x 1.5" x 1", 2.4 ounces), it provides plenty of stimulation for most dogs even normal temperament 150 pound dogs respond to our blunt stimulation. The unique COS (control of stimulation) technology provides very clean stimulation without the normal head jerking often found with other training collars. The boost feature is available to provide boosted stimulation from 1 to 60. The tapping sensation employed is similar to vibration, but more intense making it a good substitute to the stimulation. The ergonomic design of the remote allows the user to watch your dog. The night tracking light is controlled by the transmitter allowing the user to flash or continuously light up the collar receiver for locating your dog after dark. Lost transmitter beeper can be turned on to help locate a misplaced or lost transmitter. The Easy Educator will turn a smart stubborn dog into a genius. 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. Proudly Assembled in the USA.

Additional Features
Five Stimulation Modes to Choose From:
- Momentary Stimulation – a brief pulse of stimulation
- Momentary Boost – a brief pulse of boosted stimulation
- Continuous – continuous stimulation up to 10 seconds
- Continuous Boost – continuous stimulation of boosted level up to 10 seconds
- Patented “Instant Stimulation” mode
Tone and Vibration both have options to automatically administer the stimulation sensation after 2 seconds of tone or vibration should the dog choose not to comply. Ivan Pavlov proved this type of training increases the dog to comply given the sensation is of sufficient value to cause a behavior change.
Adjustable boost selectable between 1 through 60, allowing for quick emergency stimulation to freeze the dog if the situation warrants it. It also has 256 levels of smooth “blunt” stimulation with 100 levels displayed on the LCD.
Patented Instant Stimulation mode
This unique mode is the most significant technological advancement in e-collars in decades. It eliminates the surprise of the stimulation “shock” found when applying levels above 30 to a dog in training. The stimulation can only be applied by starting at zero and turning the dial up on the dog until the desired response and/or compliance are achieved. It minimizes the cortisol levels while improving the learning process of the dog and does not cause the head jerking sometimes caused by higher level training. It also is very convenient for the user as the dial only needs to be turned and no buttons need to be pushed once the “I” mode is activated. Great for boundary training, aggressive dog aversion training, IPO sport training, and many other situations that requires precision control and pressure.

Why buy an Educator Collar?
Educator collars are lighter and more technologically current. Educator's tapping sensation is twice as intense as their pager mode, their tones are more pronounced, their stimulation is cleaner and has a higher intensity when needed. The stimulation dial on the Educator is easier to adjust and has the "lock and set" feature to prevent accidental over-stimulation, for 2 dogs each dog can be locked in to a different level. Educator's stimulation is of a medical grade type that does not cause head jerking but will obtain compliance.
Another technological advantage of Educator Collars is that they have the quickest stimulation in the industry. In other words from the time you push the button to the time stimulation starts is the shortest in the industry. This may be a subtle to many but competition trainers like it very much.
All of Educator's products have night lights. They have programmable modes allowing the user to select different uses for the buttons. All of the Educator transmitters float and are waterproof to 500' and can withstand 5000 Gs of shock. Comparable e-collars are good to 60' and 1000 Gs of shock, tough but not as tough. They have a quick-release belt/saddle/purse clip combined with the ergonomics of the transmitter make it easier to work. Educator uses Biothane collar straps for unsurpassed durability. Comparing similar e-collars in other brands to the ET300 is like comparing a Yugo to a Ferrari but paying the same price.
Last but not least, the money you spend stays in the US. All Educator collars and products are made in the USA.

Also the belt slider accesory is cheap plastic junk
Watched and re-watched Michael Ellis's & Ed's ecollar DVDs before using it on my 15 month old rescue GSD. She loves to chase cats and squirrels on walks and now I am able to walk her past a cat without her trying to pull me off my feet. The ecollar is set just at a level to get her attention when she ignores me telling her to "leave it" or "come away," but the boost option really helps if she does not respond to the first gentle nick. Also used it to teach her avoidance to bees & wasps.
Thanks again to Leerburg for some great products.
The device performs well when adjusted tightly to my long haired 25 lb blue heeler. She's reponds well to minimal stimuli level (20/100) and the vibration works well. Both the remote and device are sealed from water with successful tests. I've used the nip rarely and only in emergencies when my deaf dog's been ready to run off. However, I've had a few big problems with it. First, without tightening the collar to a pressure that pushes both tips firmly against the skin the device won't operate stimuli. It requires both tips to have contact. I've often felt like testing the nip on her prior to necessary circumstances just to make sure both tips are contacting which I won't do. Second, in emergencies when my dog's run off I've tried activating the device which not only failed due to duel tip contact but the programming changed when the button was accidentally pressed. This required me to reprogram the desired buttons and levels and she quickly went out of range. Third, the stimuli doesn't function after the device has been wet and takes several minutes to dry before stimuli would perform again. I'm not sure if this is a safety precaution to avoid harm but it is critical in my circumstance that it always works. A minimal problem was the cheap material of the plastic belt clip I purchased seperately that broke at the screw tip during installation. Overall, I'll continue to operate the collar and feel confident that with time and adjusting methods the device should work to my satisfaction.
The Goods: +Very lightweight device, smooth durable collar band and remote. +Immediate stimuli on button activation. +Long battery life to device on minimal use and very long battery life to the remote (several days at stand by). +Yellow visible remote is easy to grip. +Vibration works well.
The Bads: -Remote no longer floats once the metal slip (included) is installed. - Lock programming can be too easily changed once the program button gets pressed, a big problem in emergencies. -Light/Blinker gets blocked by heavy hair. -nip/continuous stimuli fails unless both tips touch skin. Red/Red dot sync required every time to turn off collar device. Belt clip accessory (purchased seperately) is fragile plastic and broke easily. re.
This collar has made all the difference in my training. I had a bad experience with ecollars in the past so I did a lot of research and consideration before purchasing this product. I have a 55lb Blue Lacy and Lab mix that had grown up as a rabbit hunting dog before we got her. I spent three years struggling to get her under control outside (in the house she was picture perfect) and working under distractions. Three weeks of training and she's completely offleash, reliable recall, down/stays from +1/4 mile away under distraction.
