After hearing several stories about large breed dogs suffocating and dying from swallowing a ball, we designed the BioThane Ball Strap to help handlers quickly grab a ball out of their dog's mouth. The BioThane Ball Strap is handmade here in Wisconsin. Soft to the touch, this strap is much easier on the hands compared to the usual nylon rope. Completely water and mud-proof. Easy to Clean!

This strap is made to fit balls from 2 to 4 inches. It is compatible with balls with holes including the Erratic Ball, Treat Dispensing Chew Ball, and foam ball. With a variety of colors to choose from, there's one for every dog!

Note: Straps arrive uncut. You will need to cut two slits into the strap before assembly. See the Cutting & Assembly instructions below.

Sizing

• 1/2 inch wide, approximately 32" length (Colored)
• 5/8 inch wide, approximately 32" length (Bumpy)

Assembly

Cutting Your Slits

You will need a sharp exacto blade or utility knife. Make sure to cut all the way through the BioThane.

• First slit: Cut a slit approximately 1" from one end of the strap.
• Second slit: Take the same end and wrap it around the circumference of your ball. Where the first slit meets the strap again, mark and cut your second slit. This measurement will vary depending on your ball's diameter (2–4").

Assembly

1. Thread the cut end of the strap through the hole in the ball.
2. Insert the first-slit end through the second slit (on the other side of the ball).
3. Thread the bare long end of the strap through the first slit and pull snug.
4. Tighten and play! You can optionally tie the end of the strap into a knot for a better grip.
