The content of the ANISEED vile may freeze during shipping. If this occurs the oil will change molecular state from a liquid to a powder. This does not damaged the oil, it will return to its liquid form after it is given time to settle (approximately 1 – 2 days).

For safety reasons, Scent Kits and Scent Kit refill items cannot be returned or exchanged.
