I purchased a GoughNut MAXX for my 100 lb shepherd and his teeth keep getting stuck in the hole. Has anyone else had this problem?

Leerburg contacted me about your issue with the GoughNut. I am going to put a black goughnut in the mail for you today as I think the Maxx must be too big for your dog. Yes, this has happened before but only a handful of times. It is easily remedied by the correct size for your dogs jaw. I hope this helps.
