My female was spayed 3 days ago while she was in heat. She also had a hernia repaired and a rabies vaccination at the same time. Is it normal for her chest & stomach to be swollen?

Giving a vaccine at the same time as a surgery is not something a competent vet should do. Vaccines should only be given to a healthy dog that is not under physical stress (like illness or surgery).

I’d get her to a vet, a different one. This is not something to be solved over the internet. Hopefully it’s nothing serious. Good luck with her, I hope she’s okay.
