| Pets: | Sallee was adopted as a rescue dog in December 2010. She appears to be part border terrier and some other kind of terrier. She is very smart and learns quickly but has a bit of a stubborn streak sometimes. She as the most beautiful big brown eyes. We adopted at 8 weeks, Katie a wire hair fox terrier from a great breeder in our state. I've wanted this breed of dog for 50 years when I use to watch the Thin Man series on TV as a little girl. It took 38 years and moving to North Carolina from Nebraska before I ever saw one in person. Katie is a beautiful AKC dog and I've been learning how to hand stripe to ensure she retains the awesome look of her breed. I think it was love at first sight for Both of us. |
