The way I have my house fenced allows for only one entrance. Which is thru my carport via the kitchen. When a stranger or the mailman drive up she lets them know not to enter thru the fenced front yard. When they near the carport she charges and hits the dog door at full speed going straight to the kitchen door. Where she does a sit and bark.
Any suggestions on how to stop Ava from crashing thru her dog door at full speed? I'm tired of replacing the plastic hinges for Staywells pet door.
I'm looking for a well made dog door any suggestions or recommendations. Preferably with a metal frame and hinges that can stand up to lunatic of a GSD.
Take the door out, they are a bad idea, espcially with dogs like this. Use a dog crate. I do into the other reasons in the DVD that will be back from being pressed next week. http://leerburg.com/301.htm
