I thought we would introduce ourselves. We live in Southwest Georgia, and we own two German Shepherds and two Doberman Pinschers.
Quick four-leg rundown:
Ursel t'Palmaleienhof (Ursel t'Palmaleinehof) - (this spelling of her name is on her records from overseas). We are the retirement home for this gorgeous, wonderful, and spry Shepherd.
Devon vom Haus Baloo - one year old male red sable German Shepherd out of Dyk Hedaland and Marlow vom Haus Baloo. He is currently in training for Schutzhund and will be pursuing Urban Disaster SAR.
Uno - nine year old female retired SAR Doberman Pinscher.
Hi, Shelby.Welcome to the board. I'll be getting a Ursel grandson soon. There are a couple people on here that have Ursel's progeny. A friend of mine Larry Hudson has Bruna 't Linnershof who is a Brix Stoffelblick/Ursel daughter. Lorenzo Williams also has a Brix/Ursel daughter from their "A" litter.
Ursel produced very well she had a son Boss 't Linnershof that competed at the 2005 FCI world Championships and Zico 't Linnershof at the 2005 Us Nationals. I had a Ursel grandson sired by Eros vd Mohnwiese who was a monster.
Hey Shelby!
I'm in SW GA also, although our training field is in Tallahassee.
Who are you training with? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
We hope one day to be able to get an Ursel progeny. She is a wonderful girl, and you definitely cannot tell her age. She has no grey on her whatsoever and is sometimes more active than our one year old.
As to answer Will, we are training at home now basic obedience and are set to work with a group in Columbus, Georgia.
