I have tried everything I can think of with my new puppy. She is currently 4 months old. I know that her not being housebroken is not a huge deal at this age. However, here is my problem.
I have done the crate. She just goes in the crate. The crate is only slightly larger then she is. As in, she can stand, turn around and lay down in it. During the day she won't go in the house or the crate. After she eat dinner (approximately 5-6pm depends on when I get home from work) she will normally go once outside. When I take her out again after an hour, she will normally defecate again. When I take her out again after another hour, she will again defecate. By now it is about 8pm. If I do not get her out again by 9, she will go in the house or crate. I will then walk her at least two more times before I go to bed. It is now about 11pm. I will then place her in her crate. When I awake about 5:45am, there will be so much defecation in the crate, she needs a bath and the crate must be washed. The first time this happened I thought it was just a freak accident. But this is almost a daily occurence. I have also tried to keep her in the kitchen, with a gate keeping her on the tile. Same exact problem, except she doesn't need the bath.
Any help you can provide in getting this dog housebroken would be greatly appreciated.
Have a fecal flotation done on her, preferably more than once as it's difficult to get the right sample to show an infestation of parasites.
Did she come from a petstore or a breeder?

It appears that there is a healh issue.
First, she needs to get to the vet. Your description sounds like parasites or something else wrong with the poor girl. I'd head for the vet first thing with a fresh sample and also make an appointment for her. (The fecal flotation can be done while you wait for the appointment, in case you can't get her in right away.)
Chances are good that this is an easily treatable problem.
I do understand that it's only after she eats, but it's too frequent and too uncontrollable. (No matter what infestation she has, she won't be defecating when she's empty, so there can be hours of no mess.)
You might have to re-address the crate training when she's well, but it will be OK. It won't take long, and you can post here for advice and help, and everything is covered in detail here: http://www.leerburg.com/housebrk.htm
