My bride showed me the picture you posted (sans caption) and I (out loud) said I gotta plagiarize that pic. No shame here.
The pic is of me and Jäger in my yard and I've put it on my business cards (I teach people to shoot and consult to the national guard on range operations, weapons qualification, and training). There were some small bugs flitting around triggering his prey drive and my bride just got lucky with that shot, naturally I tell folks "Of course he's spotting, he's a German Shepherd"
A good friend recommended I trade places with Jäger. We've decided to make it into a series. Jäger shooting, me spotting. Jager sitting in the driver's seat of my 59 CJ5 (paws on the wheel) while I sit in the passenger seat holding a classic rifle. Jäger with his paws on the handles of a M2 machinegun and a word bubble saying "Here kitty kitty, kitty" And finally, over the Christmas holidays we're going to Ft. Hood and are going to try and get one of Jäger in the commander's hatch of an M1A1 tank (I used to be important in the world of mobile armored warfare so I can get access). I started yesterday trying to get him to wear my old CVC helmet.
