I'm Located in Upstate NY (near Syracuse) and I am looking to get into a club before I commit to buying a working line dog that needs activities such as obediece and Schutzhund?
Also looking at a few breeders in NY??
Anybody have any suggestions as to what breeders to check out?? I'm probably not looking to buy for a while (6 months or so). I want to be sure that I am interested in the training and commitment in takes before I proceed??
I am supremely impressed by one breeder in NY (Von Hayden GSD), and haven't really been able to find anything else that compares in NY?? I am very open to suggestions??
ditto on Francesco...he is in the Syracuse area. He breeds great dogs & has a wonderfull training facility all rolled into one. You can't go wrong with him.
Dear Anne,
Thank you for your kind words. I would like to let you know and everybody else Bernhard Flinks will be back at our facility. If you would like more details go under Bernhard Flinks seminar to read about more information.
Take Care,

Fransesco,
I looked at your site under seminars, but I couldn't find the link?? though I don't have a dog yet, I thin that I would like to come out to one of the seminars and just watch or participate as much as I can without a dog??
Dear Adam,
You or anybody else can participate at the seminar without a dog, as a spectator.
We do have limited space to participate at the seminar.
At the same time there will be a closed number for teams (dog and handler).
If anybody is interested they can make a reservation for the 4 day seminar with myself and Bernhard Flinks.
Like I said previously the seminar is scheduled for the 29th of June to the 1st of July.
The seminar will be held at K9Nation's new facility in the Oneonta area.
If anybody is interested we suggest that they make a reservation promptly because the space for the seminar is almost filled.
I am interested in attending the 4 day Bernhard Flinks seminar this year at your new location. What is the cost and will it include tracking and bitework?
Dear Katie,
First I would like to commend you for your beautiful looking Shepherd.
You asked me if the seminar would involve tracking and protection, the answer is yes.
Allow me to explain to you what a good seminar means to me.
If you have the chance to work and learn from somebody with such caliber as Bernhard Flinks, you want to learn as much as you can.
You have to understand inside a man like Bernhard is a well of knowledge. So if you even get just 10% of his knowledge you need at least 4 days.
That is why my seminars with him are always 4 days. And in those 4 days what involves is the 3 phases of Schutzhund.
Tracking, obedience, protection and don't forget Theory covering these 3 phases. And I am sure Bernhard will be talking about his new techniques for puppies and adult dogs.
I apologize to you as well as to everybody else if they have looked at my website and did not find the information that should be posted. My website guy has been out of commission.
I have been trying to fix this situation in a timely manner, please have patience and I thank you.
For anyone that would like more information or make a reservation please feel free to contact me via telephone or e-mail at 315-564-5459 or e-mail at K9Nation1@aol.com
Once again the seminar will be held at K9Nation's new facility located in the Oneonta,NY area from June 28th to the 1st of July.
